I am Suzanne Hacker, a former banking executive turned business coach and during my banking career, I was overseeing 17 locations with 110+ direct/indirect reports. I had about 15-20 people reporting directly to me and I always felt that one of the most important parts of my position was in coaching them. In addition to overseeing the branches, I also oversaw consumer and small business lending, marketing and training for the bank. Why is that important? Because I understand business and all the various facets that go into growing it successfully. I am very goal-focused and am constantly looking at the numbers and keeping the ROI in mind.

After my banking career ended due to an acquisition, I had the amazing opportunity to finally invest in real estate that I was able to turn into vacation rentals. My vacation rental love story began, and I also re-discovered a lost love for remodeling, interior design and decorating and the hospitality business. Mix that together with my passion to coach others, and here I am today with WELCOMING WOW!
