My passion to coach others to succeed goes back to my previous career as a Senior Manager in banking. During my banking career, I was overseeing 17 locations with 110+ direct/indirect reports. I had about 15-20 people reporting directly to me and I always felt that one of the most important parts of my position was in coaching them. We would have one-on-one monthly or quarterly coaching sessions and we would work through their goals together reviewing where they were at in reaching each of those goals and what they were going to do in the next month or quarter to reach those goals.
After that career ended, I had the amazing opportunity to invest in real estate that I was able to turn into vacation rentals. My vacation rental love story began, and I also re-discovered a lost love for remodeling, interior design and decorating and the hospitality business. Mix that together with my passion to coach others, and here we are today with WELCOMING WOW!

Why Me?
To help you decide if you want to work with me and with Welcoming Wow, let me give you just a little more background. In addition to my business experience, I also have a bachelor's degree. I double-majored in Human Resources and Management (just completed that degree in 2015).
On the personal side, my better half (Jeff) and I have 2 doggies -- Mila (a Jack Russell) and Mazy (a Corgi) who keep us entertained when we're not busy remodeling a house, travelling, coaching others or hiking/biking.
And....because you need more than just the business experience and knowledge to start Welcoming Wow - - I am also back in school furthering my education in interior decorating and design as well as taking more courses on coaching and being mentored by my own Business Coach!
